100% Satisfaction Guarantee – when you register for the program and come to the event, at the end of the first day, October 15th, 2015 if you are not completely satisfied, just let us know and we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price when we return to the office. You must attend the first day of the program to qualify for the guarantee. Obviously, if you don’t come, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction. Otherwise, the program is non-refundable because the availability is so limited.
Cancellation Policy – Rest assured, we’ve got your back. In an emergency, if you must cancel, notify us by email no later than Monday, October 12, 2015 email@example.com and you may EITHER transfer to another person for the October program (we will need the replacement participant’s name by October 12, 2015) OR transfer your enrollment forward one time only to the next scheduled program.
